Professional Experience
David Guion is a Vice Chairman with the Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Houston office. In this role, David represents office tenants in lease acquisitions, renewals, restructures, and build-to-suit assignments across complex real estate requirements. His focus includes complex lease negotiations, corporate relocations, portfolio optimization, and strategic advisory services.
Prior to joining Stream, David served as an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was consistently recognized as a Top Producer in Houston and ranked among the top 50 producers company-wide in 2017. Before his brokerage career, David practiced law in Houston with a concentration in civil and commercial litigation.
With more than 20 years of experience across commercial real estate, law, and finance, David has completed numerous transactions for institutional and corporate clients across a wide range of industries.
