Dawn Haywood is a Property Manager with the Property Management division in Stream’s Houston office. With 26 years of experience in commercial property management, Dawn brings extensive knowledge and expertise in managing office and retail properties. Throughout her career, she has overseen all aspects of property operations, including budgeting, CAM reconciliations, accruals, distributions, monthly financial reporting, accounts receivable, capital projects, tenant relations, vendor management, and maintenance.
Dawn is passionate about creating a positive and collaborative environment where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. She particularly enjoys mentoring and sharing her knowledge and experience with others, helping team members grow both professionally and personally. Known for her attention to detail, strong financial acumen, and commitment to building positive tenant and vendor relationships, Dawn takes a hands-on approach to property management and strives to ensure properties are well maintained, financially successful, and operating efficiently.
