Professional Experience
Derek Clemons is a Senior Construction Manager with the Project Management division in Stream’s Dallas office. In this role, Derek represents landlords and tenants, overseeing construction efforts across interior finish-outs and capital improvements in both office and industrial sectors. Derek’s focus includes developing project scopes, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating project teams, and guiding clients through the full construction process.
Prior to joining Stream, Derek worked as a Construction Manager for JLL, focused on tenant representation projects within the office sector, and as an Estimator at a general contracting firm in Austin. With over eight years of commercial construction experience, Derek has delivered more than 150 office and industrial projects, exceeding $100 million in value.
