Professional Experience
Derek Clemons joined Stream in 2022 and serves as a Construction Manager in Stream’s Dallas office focusing on interior finish-outs and capital improvements in both industrial and office markets. Derek works closely with brokers, landlords and tenants to develop project scope, budgets, schedules, and a team to lead through the construction process.
Prior to joining Stream, Derek served as a Construction Manager for JLL where he worked on various tenant rep projects within the office market. He also worked as an Estimator for five years at a General Contracting firm in Austin. Derek received his Construction Science and Management Degree from Texas State University, where he played 3 years of college baseball.
