Professional Experience
Dominic DiOrio, SIOR, is an Executive Vice President with the Industrial Services division in Stream’s Denver office. In this role, Dominic focuses on industrial project leasing, acquisition and disposition services, and industrial land sales. He represents both institutional and private owners and currently oversees a 5 million-square-foot portfolio that includes several speculative development projects throughout the Metro Denver area. Since joining Stream in 2017, Dominic’s market knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to client service have contributed to closing more than 9 million square feet of transactions totaling over $850 million in volume.
Prior to joining Stream, Dominic worked as an industrial broker at JLL on the Industrial Services team. In addition to his real estate career, Dominic served as an officer in the United States Air Force.
