Professional Experience
Doug Jones serves as the Managing Director of Texas Office Services, where he works to strengthen the company’s presence in Texas’s major markets, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio, by optimizing the office services division. He is responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, fostering client relationships, and enhancing the overall performance of the office services sector.
Prior to joining Stream, Doug served as an office agency leasing broker for several institutional clients and then as Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield’s Texas operations, where he led the business to record performances in consecutive years. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s internal operations and client-facing engagements, fostering collaboration across service lines within the region. In addition to his Texas business responsibilities, Doug also served as the Executive Director of Military and Veteran Programs, where he built an industry-leading team of professionals focused on harnessing the power of transitioning military talent into the workforce. In 2022, Doug was named a National Military Friendly Employee & Veteran Leadership Award Winner.
He and his wife Rachel have three children and reside in northeast Dallas.
Doug is an alumnus of the United States Military Academy at West Point and entered the commercial real estate industry after serving as a decorated Army Ranger both domestically and abroad. While deployed to Afghanistan in 2011, Doug was recognized by then Secretary of Defense Robert Gates for valor in combat and is also a Purple Heart recipient.
