Drue Stoehr

Drue Stoehr, Senior Director, oversees entitlement and construction for Stream Industrial Development Services projects within the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest markets. He is responsible for leading teams of architects, consultants, and contractors through all phases of development, from entitlements through project closeout. Drue brings over 20 years of experience and has extensive project knowledge on multiple sectors of construction & development, including industrial, office, high-rise, multifamily, automotive dealerships, and aircraft hangars.

Prior to joining Stream, Drue managed development and construction for Prologis, Trammell Crow Company, and multiple design/build general contractors. Previous projects include the development of over 3 million square feet of light industrial distribution centers, the management of various commercial real estate, including a multi-story automotive dealership, an urban last-mile distribution facility, multiple active-adult luxury residential apartments, an airplane hangar expansion, and a corporate headquarters for the largest publicly traded engineering & construction company.
