Professional Experience
Eamon O’Shea is the Regional Director of Building Operations for Stream Realty’s Mid-Atlantic portfolio, where he leads multi-state engineering teams and oversees a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial assets. He also supports business development initiatives and operational strategy across the region and nationally. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate operations, he is known for strengthening asset performance, reducing operational risk, and aligning field execution with ownership objectives.
A third-generation operations professional, Eamon began his career at age fifteen working alongside his father, developing the hands on technical foundation and practical leadership style he brings to his role today. Since joining Stream in 2014, he has played a central role in starting and building the firm’s Mid-Atlantic operations platform, helping establish standards, scale engineering capabilities, and expand operational coverage across the region.
Eamon is recognized for delivering efficient, forward looking solutions that improve system reliability, control expenses, and support long-term property value. He is equally committed to mentoring engineering talent and developing high performing teams, driving consistent service quality and operational excellence across every property he supports.
