Eamon is the Director of Building Operations within Stream’s Property Management division, covering the Mid-Atlantic region. He also plays a crucial role on the Business Development team. In these capacities, he not only oversees building operations throughout the Mid-Atlantic but also spearheads additional Stream markets on a national scale. His efforts are instrumental in forging and deepening client relationships. Eamon is at the forefront of devising innovative strategies that champion sustainability, promote transparency, and maintain integrity within the industry. Drawing on his rich heritage as a third-generation operations and management expert, Eamon applies his extensive experience to ensure the seamless execution of every project from start to finish.
Eamon’s tenure at Stream, which began in 2014, has been marked by a steadfast dedication to extending the operational longevity of buildings and uncovering opportunities to curtail expenses. His commitment is equally evident in his efforts to recruit, nurture, and mentor emerging talent.
