Professional Experience
Eddie Viliunas is a Senior Vice President of Office Tenant Representation in Stream’s Chicago office. In this role, he advises law firms, corporations, and technology companies on strategic real estate decisions, with a focus on office leasing, transaction execution, and long-term portfolio planning at the local and national levels.
Eddie’s experience includes business development, market and financial analysis, transaction management, lease negotiations, and space disposition. He works closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop real estate strategies that support their short- and long-term goals.
Prior to joining Stream, Eddie spent more than 10 years with JLL’s Chicago Tenant Representation team.
