Eric is an experienced project leader with a strong track record of guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects efficiently and collaboratively. Highly organized and adaptable, he leverages agile processes to drive continuous improvement and achieve high-quality results.
With a background in real estate appraisals and valuations, combined with extensive project management experience, Eric brings a strategic, financially informed perspective to preconstruction and development. His expertise in financial analysis enhances project value from the outset and supports successful execution through completion.
Prior to joining Stream, Eric served as a Project Manager with RLE and AM-PS, representing owners, tenants, landlords, and lenders across office (including high, mid, & low rise, and medical), retail, multifamily, warehouse core and shell, and exterior renovation projects. He has led projects from inception to delivery, managing budgeting, scheduling, contracts, cash flow, quality control, and client relationships.
