Professional Experience
Erin Yodis serves as the Senior Vice President of Accounting for Stream Realty’s Investment Management (IM) platform, overseeing a portfolio of five opportunistic commingled discretionary funds, totaling over $2 billion of equity.
In her role, Erin provides leadership and direction for the IM accounting team, which manages accounting responsibilities for Stream’s discretionary funds, advisory fund, Stream Deals Funds, and Stream Realty Capital. Beyond day-to-day accounting duties, the team also facilitates fund financial statement audits, manages cash flow, handles investor communications, and attends to various other operational needs.
Prior to joining Stream, Erin worked as a Senior Director at Affinius Capital (formerly USAA Real Estate Company), a private real estate investment firm with assets totaling over $24 billion. Her tenure at USAA Real Estate began in the Fund Accounting team, where she led a team that worked on open-ended and separate account funds. Later, she transitioned to the role of Head of Investor Services and Reporting, overseeing ongoing investor communications and quarterly reporting.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Master of Science degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University, where she began her professional journey at Deloitte as an auditor in the investment management group. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys traveling, participating in book clubs, hiking, and spending quality time with her dog, Chloe. She makes it a priority to explore a new destination every year and remains an active lifetime member of the Mays Business School Alumni Network.
