Professional Experience
Felicia Gilbert-Cardenas is a Property Manager with the Industrial Property Management division in Stream’s Austin office. In this role, Felicia represents property owners by overseeing the day-to-day operations of a diverse industrial portfolio. Her responsibilities include managing tenant and vendor relationships, assisting with budget preparation and implementation, coordinating capital improvement projects, and supporting property marketing initiatives. Felicia works closely with clients, tenants, and service providers to help ensure efficient operations and deliver a high level of service across her properties.
Prior to joining Stream, Felicia joined the firm’s Industrial Property Management division as a Property Administrator in June 2023 before being promoted to Property Manager.
