Professional Experience

Frank Cassata joined Stream Realty Partners in October of 2021. He brings 14+ years of industry experience and is responsible for Construction management for Stream’s Chicagoland offices’. He leads a team of three professionals servicing 3MSF of office, 500KSF of urban retail and 14MSF of industrial assets. Duties include maintaining the assets for institutional client portfolio’s including base building, tenant improvement projects and providing budgets for all capital projects and leasing deals.

Prior to joining Stream, Frank managed construction for a local developer servicing properties located in Chicagoland, South East Wisconsin and North West Indiana. Additionally, he maintained a national cross dock trucking terminal portfolio in markets including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Fontana, Maine, and Orlando. Prior to his roles on ownership side, Frank Managed projects for Bully & Andrews and FH Paschen General Contractors where he gain valuable experience with real estate owners and associations entities, public municipalities, as well as directing various trades in the field.

Tasked with taking the Stream Construction Management platform to new levels, Frank has excelled thus far, tripling the production in his short tenure with continued growth forecasted.
