Professional Experience
Gabriela Zelaya is a Property Manager with the Property Management division in Stream’s Houston office, where she manages 2001 Timberloch, a 147,753-square-foot Class A office property, while also supporting the management and operations of Westchase Park, a Class A office portfolio totaling nearly 590,000 square feet. Her experience spans financial management, property operations, tenant relations, vendor oversight, and capital project coordination across both assignments.
Since joining Stream in 2021, Gabriela has played an active role in ownership transitions, capital improvement initiatives, annual budgeting, operational planning, and tenant-focused initiatives. She works closely with ownership representatives, tenants, engineering teams, and service providers to support property performance, execute business plans, and advance ownership objectives.
Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Houston and earned the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation through IREM. Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, she takes pride in building strong relationships, solving complex operational challenges, and delivering a high level of service to clients and tenants alike.
