Professional Experience
Garrett Carlson joined Stream in 2015 and is a Vice President on the San Antonio Transaction Specialist team. Garrett’s primary role is to execute transactions through both leasing and tenant representation.
Prior to Stream, Garrett worked as an Associate for Retail Solutions, where he focused on project leasing, as well as researched for both local and national markets seeking future opportunities. In addition, Garrett worked for Avnet, Inc. for four years, where he managed sales to an established account base, including one of the largest technology resellers in the United States.
