Professional Experience
Garrett Jones joined Stream’s Atlanta office in 2022 and serves as a Business Development Associate with the Industrial Occupier Services division. He primarily focuses on representing local and national industrial occupiers in the I-20 West/Fulton Industrial Boulevard submarket, advising clients on lease, purchase, sale, and development transactions. Garrett partners closely with occupiers to deliver strategic real estate solutions that align with their operational objectives and long-term financial goals.
Prior to joining Stream, Garrett was a four-year member of the University of Georgia’s varsity football team and part of the 2021 National Championship team.
