Professional Experience
Gary Godsey serves as Executive Managing Director for Stream’s Tampa office, where he spearheads the seamless coordination of operations on a day-to-day basis. His responsibilities extend to facilitating cohesive collaboration across Stream’s comprehensive suite of services, while strategically driving the company’s expansion initiatives within the region. Additionally, Gary adeptly manages transactional intricacies and optimizes portfolios for real estate occupiers. His expertise lies in negotiating transactions that align with clients’ business objectives, aiming to minimize occupancy costs and optimize flexibility for maximum advantage.
Prior to joining Stream, Gary served as a Managing Director at JLL. He joined the company in 2008 through the merger of The Staubach Company. He has managed more than 800 lease and capital transactions in excess of 10 million square feet. His tenant focused services include strategic planning, site selection, contract negotiation, construction management, and incentive consulting.
