Gary Yates serves as Vice President, Labor Analytics Strategy within Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform. With more than 30 years of experience, Gary is a recognized industry leader in labor analytics and location strategy, advising clients across manufacturing, food processing, cold storage, and specialty distribution sectors as they rethink, expand, or relocate their real estate footprint.
Gary leads the development of data-driven insights to evaluate geographic workforce availability, operational risk, and long-term labor sustainability. His strategic approach integrates workforce intelligence with business performance objectives, helping clients make informed, future-focused decisions.
Prior to joining Stream, he served in senior leadership roles with Hickey and Associates, JLL, and Moran Stahl & Boyer, where he conducted national and international location studies and supported site-selection initiatives for a range of global organizations.
