Professional Experience
Gemma joined Stream in 2019 and is a Senior Recruiter for Stream’s East Coast region. As part of Stream’s recruiting team, she collaborates closely with the leasing teams to manage recruiting activities and build candidate relationships. She plays an instrumental role in helping build our team of smart, honest, nice, and passionate people.
Before joining Stream, Gemma worked at Resolution Technologies in Atlanta, where she was responsible for identifying ideal candidates for companies ranging from Startups to Fortune 500 while owning the recruiting process from start to finish.
Originally from Highlands, North Carolina, Gemma graduated from Clemson University in 2017. She studied Psychology and English and walked on as a member of the Women’s Rowing team. While obtaining her degree, Gemma spent her summers at Camp Merrie-Wood in a variety of positions including Executive Assistant, Cabin Counselor, and Lead Riding Instructor.
