Since joining Stream’s Dallas-Fort Worth Industrial Leasing team in 2023, Giovanni has brought a forward-thinking yet practical approach to every client engagement. He believes success happens when we find a better way and share it. Currently serving as a Senior Associate, Giovanni focuses on uncovering smarter, clearer solutions that create measurable value for owners, investors, and occupiers alike.
Specializing in the Brookhollow submarket, Giovanni advises clients on tenant representation, project leasing, and acquisition/disposition strategies. He has completed more than 100 industrial transactions totaling over $87 million in value, combining data-driven insights with clear communication to simplify complex decisions and drive results. His clients trust him for his ability to cut through noise, anticipate challenges, and negotiate outcomes that serve their long-term goals. For Giovanni, real estate is more than transactions: it’s about building clarity, creating better ways forward, and contributing lasting value to every relationship and project he touches.
Before joining Stream, Giovanni worked with Weitzman, one of Texas’ largest retail-focused commercial real estate firms, where he honed his skills in market analysis, financial modeling, and client advisory.
