Professional Experience
Grace Carroll is an Anaylst in the Atlanta Office. She joined Stream in 2025 as a member of the office agency team. Her primary responsibilities include supporting the representation of landlords in the marketing and leasing of commerical office properties, and analyzing trends across Atlanta’s office market.
Prior to joining Stream, Grace graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Marketing from the Terry College of Business.
