Professional Experience
Griffin Farriss is a Vice President with the Industrial Services division in Stream’s Nashville office. In this role, Griffin represents institutional owners, investors, and occupiers of industrial real estate throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee. His focus includes sourcing new business opportunities, executing leasing and sale transactions, and providing strategic advisory services to both landlords and tenants.
Prior to joining Stream, Griffin worked as a Principal at Cresa in Los Angeles, where he specialized in industrial tenant and occupier representation. With 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Griffin has completed leasing and sales transactions valued at nearly $1 billion.
