Professional Experience
Haili Rumsey is a Vice President with the Industrial Capital Markets division in Stream’s Dallas office. Bringing more than 10 years of experience, Haili leads the marketing and investment sales process for the team, managing every stage from pre-marketing through final closing. She works closely with financial analysts and graphic designers to develop tailored marketing and proposal materials on behalf of the transaction team and plays an active role in business development, supporting client engagement, relationship management, and new opportunities across Texas. Since joining Stream, Haili has led marketing and execution efforts on more than 17 million square feet of transactions and has closed $1.1 billion in total value, reflecting her commitment to precision, collaboration, and client success.
Before joining Stream, Haili served as a Senior Production Associate with HFF, later acquired by JLL, supporting one of the firm’s top-producing industrial capital markets teams. During her tenure, she worked on more than 250 transactions totaling over $8.5 billion in value. Haili also held the position of Marketing Director for the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, where she managed marketing initiatives and organized events for more than 1,500 members and industry partners.
