Professional Experience
Hannah Helfrich joined Stream in August 2026 as an Analyst in the Nashville office. In this role, Hannah researches and analyzes commercial real estate market conditions and trends, and helps develop market reports and client presentations. Hannah’s focus includes gathering and maintaining data on property availability, transactions, and market activity, and partnering with Stream’s Brokerage and Marketing teams to support client pitches and proposals.
Prior to joining Stream full-time, Hannah interned as a Summer Analyst in 2025. Hannah graduated from Texas Christian University in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. In her free time, Hannah enjoys cooking, traveling, and hunting.
