Professional Experience
Hannah Kim currently serves as Fund Accounting Controller for the Investment Management (IM) platform, which manages five opportunistic commingled discretionary funds and separate account mandates, collectively representing $2.9 billion in assets under management.
In her current role, Hannah manages the accounting operations for Stream’s discretionary funds and Stream Deals Funds. She facilitates the preparation of quarterly financial statements and fund audits, maintains investor communications, and generates cash and line of credit management reports.
Prior to joining Stream, Hannah worked as a Fund Controller at KeyCity Capital, where she oversaw the accounting duties for various funds. Prior to her tenure at KeyCity Capital, she served on the fund accounting team and the Investor Services and Reporting team at Affinius Capital (formerly USAA Real Estate Company).
Hannah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University, with a minor in piano. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Texas Woman’s University.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, practicing Pilates, trying new recipes, playing classical piano, and being involved in her church.
