Professional Experience
Hayden Eaves is an Executive Vice President in the Office Tenant Representation division of Stream’s Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role, Hayden advises financial institutions, credit unions, and commercial banks on real estate strategies that support operational efficiency, growth initiatives, and long-term occupancy objectives. His expertise includes tenant representation, landlord representation, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic planning, helping clients align their real estate decisions with broader business goals.
Prior to joining Stream, Hayden served as a Principal at Avison Young. With nearly 40 years of commercial real estate experience, Hayden has represented both occupiers and property owners throughout his career. Specializing in the credit union and commercial banking sectors, Hayden has partnered with many of the nation’s most recognized financial institutions, delivering customized real estate solutions backed by deep industry expertise, market insight, and a client-first approach.
