Professional Experience
Heath Donica serves as a Vice President for Stream Realty Partners in Houston, Texas. Heath is responsible for tenant representation, acquisition/disposition services, and project leasing for Stream’s Industrial Division. Heath’s superior work ethic, competitiveness, and dedication coupled with unparalleled market knowledge have quickly proven to be valuable assets to Stream and his clients.
Prior to joining Stream, Heath was a professional baseball player in the Oakland Athletics organization. He was selected in the 2017 MLB Draft following a career at Sam Houston State. While at Sam Houston State, Heath earned All-American honors.
