Heather Spearman

Heather Spearman serves as the Director of Property Management in Stream’s Chicago office, where she plays a key role in Stream’s hospitality-inspired X2 office property management platform. In this role, Heather focuses on delivering exceptional service to tenants and clients, enhancing the customer experience, and driving operational excellence across the Chicago market.

Prior to joining Stream, Heather served as Managing Director at JLL where she oversaw national property management portfolios. In this role, she successfully led the transition of more than 50 existing assets under management, implemented innovative operational strategies, and facilitated their partner’s expansion into seven new markets in the first year. Preceding this role, Heather was charged with ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality operations of nearly 200 million square feet of office and industrial assets across six states. With over two decades of experience in property and facilities management, Heather has built a reputation for operational excellence and tenant-focused service.
