Professional Experience
Henry Edwards is an Associate with the Industrial division in Stream’s Atlanta office. In this role, Henry represents a range of industrial, distribution and manufacturing clients in Atlanta and beyond.
While Henry has a particular focus on the South Atlanta and Airport submarkets, he is actively involved in leasing, acquisition and development opportunities across broader regional and national industrial platforms. His background in transportation, logistics and supply chain operations provides clients with a practical understanding of the movement of goods and the operational considerations that drive industrial real estate decisions.
Prior to joining Stream, Henry spent seven years in the transportation and logistics industries, where he sold and marketed trucking, intermodal, and rail supply chain solutions to both consumer packaged goods companies and industrial manufacturers. Most recently, he worked with Norfolk Southern as a Sales and Marketing Manager in their Industrial Products department. In this role, Henry advised steel and construction product clients on rail logistics strategies across complex distribution networks.
