Professional Experience
Henry Murphy is a Sr. Research Anlyst in Stream’s Northern Virginia office. In this role, Henry assists landlord and tenant representation brokers to provide up to date market anaysis’ and trends. Henry’s focus includes quartley office market reports, being a point of contact for media outlets to explain published trends, as well as being knowledgeable of the back end data and capabilities in client pitches.
Prior to joining Stream, Henry worked as a Market Intelligence Analyst for Avison Young and has 3 years of CRE research experience and recieved his B.A. in Economics from The University of the South (Sewanee)
