Hollis Wood is an Analyst with the Office Landlord Representation team in Stream’s Austin office. In this role, Hollis supports leasing and asset strategy for office owners across the Austin market. Hollis’ focus includes financial analysis, market research, transaction support, underwriting opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing AI tools to support the team’s work and client strategies.
Hollis earned a B.A. in Plan II Honors and a Masters in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Her academic background sparked a strong interest in the intersection of financial strategy and the built environment within commercial real estate. Hollis brings an analytical perspective, strong work ethic, and collaborative approach to supporting clients and driving successful leasing outcomes.
