Ileana Rivero is an Assistant Property Manager at Stream Realty Partners in Miami, bringing over 19 years of experience in the property management industry. Her career began in residential property management, where she spent more than 15 years honing her expertise in tenant relations, operations, and property maintenance. Over the past four years, she has transitioned to commercial real estate property management, supporting the day-to-day operations of a dynamic and growing industrial portfolio.
Ileana holds an Associate’s degree in business management, and is rand is a Florida Notary. She is recognized for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality service to both tenants and ownership groups.
Outside of the office, Ileana enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring new restaurants, and attending stand-up comedy shows at the local Improv.
