Jack Gowan is a Senior Associate with the Industrial Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Houston office. In this role, he advises industrial occupiers and owners. Whether uncovering off-market opportunities for users or investors, or negotiating lease or purchase terms, Jack provides expert guidance and support throughout the process.
Prior to joining Stream, Jack worked as a Senior Associate for Titan Commercial. With over three years of industry experience, he has delivered numeorus transactions, guiding users and investors every step of the way.
