Professional Experience
Jake Attaway serves as Senior Associate in Stream’s Florida region, collaborating closely with Darryl Hoffman on the private client investment sales platform. In his role, Jake is responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, and managing transactions with precision. Additionally, he plays a crucial role in building out and managing the database utilized for prospecting and client management. Jake’s dedication and expertise contribute significantly to Stream’s success in the real estate market.
Prior to Stream, Jake served as a Senior Associate at JLL. He has extensive experience in both investor/owner services as well as tenant representation ranging from local credit to large corporate occupiers. Most notably, Jake helped lead the Florida Private Capital Advisory Platform which specializes in the disposition of office, medical, and flex and redevelopment real estate across the state of Florida. In this capacity, Jake oversaw prospecting and marketing efforts as well as client relationships, client strategy development, and transaction process and negotiations. Prior to his production role, Jake spent time in financial analysis and senior level research analysis roles which has given him the technical proficiencies to analyze the market fundamentals as well as deal economics on behalf of clients.
