Professional Experience
Jacob Foley is an Assistant Property Manager in Stream’s Southern California office. In this role, Jacob oversees a 3 million-square-foot portfolio of industrial and retail properties. Jacob’s focus includes tenant relations, vendor coordination, and providing reliable, detail-oriented service across his assignments.
Prior to joining Stream, Jacob worked in the commercial property management industry for over four years, gaining experience across a diverse range of property types and building strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and clients. He is currently pursuing his CPM designation and has long-term goals of advancing into a Property Manager role.
