Professional Experience
Jake Kadet is an Analyst with the Office Occupier Services division in Stream’s South Florida Office. In this role, Jake supports Stream Florida brokers and their work with corporate tenants and landlords. Jake’s focus is to grow Stream’s presence in the Florida Market by assisting with market research, lease transactions, and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Stream, Jake finished his undergraduate degree in finance at the University of Georgia. During Summer 2023, he had an internship with Tampa Cushman & Wakefield’s Multi-Market Tenant Representation Team. In his free time, Jake enjoys going to concerts, playing the drums, and watching Georgia Football and English Premier League Soccer.
