Jake Kalish is an Associate with the Industrial Tenant Representation team in Stream’s Phoenix office. His responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, providing strategic advisory, and identifying new business opportunities across the Phoenix industrial market. Jake is known for his responsiveness, work ethic, and ability to uncover value in both traditional and evolving market environments. He takes pride in building long-term relationships by delivering clear communication, well-researched insights, and solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals.
Before joining Stream, Jake spent a decade as a professional baseball player. His experience competing at a high level cultivated the discipline, resilience, and teamwork he now applies to serving clients in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.
Outside of commercial real estate, Jake enjoys traveling and exploring new cities, combining his love of discovery with an appreciation for different markets and cultures.
