Professional Experience
James Mantzuranis joined Stream in 2012 and serves as a Senior Vice President for the firm’s Dallas industrial division, focused in the Northeast submarkets of the metroplex. James is responsible for all transaction-oriented services, including project leasing and sales, tenant representation, and acquisitions.
James’ experience includes brokering of investment sales, financial analysis, industrial and office acquisitions, dispositions and development, asset management and real estate investment trust valuations. Prior to Stream, James worked for Behringer Harvard Real Estate Investments and Cobalt Capital Partners.
