Professional Experience
Jason Warren joined Stream in 2023 as the Head of Strategy & Analytics for the firm’s Occupier Services team. Located in South Florida, he specializes in designing negotiation strategies that maximize financial impact for tenants by identifying changes in landlord investment strategies, asset- and portfolio-level capitalization, and the capital markets environment. His strategies are finance-based, deployed nationwide, and help clients immediately monetize their significant real estate holdings, regardless of lease expiration.
Prior to Stream, Jason served as a Managing Director at Newmark, where he led an analytics and strategy consulting platform that expanded to support occupiers and brokers across the country. He is credited with developing a national database designed to predict landlord capital events and identify tenant cost-savings opportunities.
Jason’s forward-looking analytical approach plays a critical role in shaping Stream’s occupier strategy and driving measurable value for clients nationally.
