Professional Experience
Jenkins Bender is an Associate on Stream’s office and industrial development teams, where she plays a key role in executing complex development deals from start to finish. Her responsibilities span underwriting, market research, financial analysis, and supporting key decisions throughout the deal lifecycle. Since joining Stream in 2021, Jenkins has helped advance several large-scale developments, contributing directly to the firm’s growth and success across multiple markets.
Prior to Stream, she earned her M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University. Jenkins stays invovled on the Associate Board at SMU and also participates on The Real Estate Council (TREC) and NAIOP boards. Passionate about mentorship, she has served as a Team Leader with CRE Analyst for the past three years, helping equip real estate professionals with the skills needed to expedite their careers.
Known for her grit, curiosity, and deal execution acumen, Jenkins brings a results-driven mindset and collaborative energy to every project.
