Professional Experience
Jenkins Huge is a Director of Development Services, where she focuses on the execution of office and industrial development projects. She is actively involved in all phases of the development process, including underwriting, market analysis, due diligence, design and construction coordination, and overall project execution.
Since joining Stream in 2021, Jenkins has contributed to the advancement of multiple large-scale developments across key markets, representing more than 11.7 million square feet and $2.1 billion in total capitalization. She supports strategic decision-making from initial concept through delivery.
Jenkins earned her M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University. She is actively involved with The Real Estate Council (TREC) and NAIOP, and serves on the Associate Board at SMU. She is also a Team Leader with CRE Analyst, where she mentors early-career professionals in real estate.
