Professional Experience
Jenkins joined Stream Realty Partners in 2021 and is an Associate, Development Services for the office and industrial development teams. Her responsibilities include underwriting, market research, and financial analysis for the Dallas-Fort Worth, Greater Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, and East Coast markets.
Before joining Stream, Jenkins completed her M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University. While at SMU, she earned the Texas Business Hall of Fame Scholarship, Forte Fellowship, and Folsom Institute Outstanding Graduate Award and was elected Co-President of the Graduate Real Estate Club. Jenkins interned at M2G Ventures and Stream during graduate school.
Jenkins holds a B.S. in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin where she was heavily involved in raising funds and awareness for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, among other leadership positions. During her undergraduate career, Jenkins interned at PulsePoint Group, Publix Super Markets, and The Richards Group. Post-undergrad, she worked with Chick-fil-A developing people and processes. Jenkins’ enthusiasm, grit, and curiosity are proving to be valuable assets to Stream.
