Jenna Smith is a Research Analyst with the Office Leasing division in Stream’s Houston office. She supports her team in leasing transactions, market research, and identifying trends across the Houston office market.
Prior to joining Stream Houston, Jenna interned with the Office Leasing team in Stream’s Dallas office in 2024, assisting with lease analysis and market research.
Jenna is a May 2025 graduate earning a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and getting together with friends and family.
