Jenna Thulemeyer is the Strategic Marketing Manager for Stream Realty Partners’ Southern California region, where she leads market-level marketing strategy, positioning, and business development initiatives. Based in the Irvine office, Jenna partners closely with local leadership and sales professionals to align marketing efforts with revenue opportunities, ensuring that strategy, messaging, and execution all support the growth of the region.
In her role, Jenna develops go-to-market strategies, pursuit content, and market-facing narratives that differentiate Stream and empower the business to win new assignments. She oversees strategic planning across service lines, identifies opportunities to elevate brand presence in the market, and ensures that marketing initiatives are directly tied to business priorities and client needs.
Before joining Stream, Jenna served as a Sales Coordinator at JLL, where she supported stakeholders with strategic marketing and business development initiatives, point of sale pursuits, and property marketing campaigns. Her experience across multiple property types and client segments gives her a strong foundation for developing thoughtful, insight-driven strategies in a fast-paced and highly competitive real estate environment.
