Professional Experience
Jennifer Guillen is Regional Managing Director of Property Management in Stream’s Atlanta office. She leads property management operations across Georgia and Florida, overseeing teams responsible for office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the region. Jennifer partners with institutional owners to enhance asset performance, strengthen client relationships, and drive operational excellence while supporting the continued growth of Stream’s property management platform.
Prior to joining Stream, Jennifer held leadership positions with Taurus Investment Holdings, GLP, CBRE, and Prologis. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, she has overseen industrial portfolios totaling more than 66 million square feet across multiple U.S. markets, leading large teams, multimillion-dollar operating budgets, and portfolio strategies designed to maximize value for owners and investors.
