Professional Experience
Jessica Cruze is a Vice President with the Project Management division in Stream’s Florida market, based in Tampa. In this role, Jessica represents occupier and investor clients and oversees all aspects of project delivery. Her focus includes interior build-outs, building renovations, capital improvements, and client relationship management.
Prior to joining Stream, Jessica worked at JLL, where she most recently served as a Senior Project Manager. She brings a background in architectural and interior design with expertise in drawing, elevations, detailing, and 3D rendering. With extensive industry experience, Jessica has successfully led projects from inception to completion, delivering exceptional quality, client service, and integrity across every assignment.
