Professional Experience
Jessica Stroud joined Stream Realty Partners in 2017 and is currently a Vice President on the development and investment team. She is responsible for underwriting and financial analysis for office and industrial opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth, greater Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, and East Coast markets. Jessica started her career at Stream on the project accounting team where she managed a portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
Prior to joining Stream, Jessica worked in accounting and finance at Buxton Company with a focus on profitability analysis and operational efficiency. Before relocating to Texas from Arkansas in 2012, she worked for International Health Care Foundation coordinating donor outreach, volunteer efforts, conferences, international travel for medical professionals, and supply delivery to hospitals and clinics in Nigeria, Ghana, and Tanzania. Prior to that she worked on lending and grant programs for the USDA Rural Development Agency, providing low- and moderate-income households the opportunity to own their own home in eligible rural areas.
