Jill Bartolome is a Senior Brokerage Coordinator in Stream’s Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role, Jill supports brokerage operations through transaction coordination, client service, marketing, and administrative management. She works closely with brokers to facilitate lease transactions, prepare client deliverables, coordinate proposals and presentations, and streamline day-to-day operations to help ensure exceptional client service.
Prior to joining Stream, Jill served as a Client Services Coordinator at Avison Young. She previously held administrative and sales support roles with Hurst/Harrigan Associates, RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty, and Colliers. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Jill has supported high-performing brokerage teams, managed busy sales offices, and coordinated all aspects of the transaction process, including letters of intent, requests for proposals, offer negotiations, client communications, marketing initiatives, and event coordination.
