Professional Experience
JoAnn Hwang joined Stream Realty Partners in 2022 serving as a Senior Director of Financial Analytics for to Office Tenant Representation team. She is responsible for valuation and analyses of various commercial real estate investment and leasing projects and managing her team in the west region. Her experiences include analyses of complex lease structures, sale-leaseback transactions, lease vs. ownership analyses, investment sales analyses, portfolio analyses, occupancy strategies analyses on cash and GAAP basis as well as pre- and after-tax basis, breakeven analyses and financial model development.
Prior to joining Stream, JoAnn worked as a Financial Advisory and Analytics Manager at Cushman & Wakefield for 15 years, managing their west coast and Texas teams. JoAnn also worked as a Chief Underwriter for a unique finance company, Wireless Capital Partners, LLC, where she managed and ran an underwriting team responsible for due diligence and financial analysis of cell site lease purchases and cell site construction financing. She also has over 8 years of commercial mortgage experience, working for various commercial lending institutions as portfolio manager and underwriter.
