Professional Experience
As a Senior Associate with Stream’s Chicago Industrial Group, Joe provides full-service commercial real estate advisory with a primary focus on the O’Hare, I-290, and North & West suburban markets. Working closely with colleagues across Stream’s industrial practice, he delivers strategic real estate solutions that include facility relocations, acquisitions, and sale/leasebacks; lease negotiations and renewals; dispositions and subleases; space identification, expansion, and consolidation; location and market analysis; and investment and financing advisory services.
Joe holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kansas and previously earned his CPA. He began his career as an auditor with KPMG in Dallas, serving technology and industrial clients. After two years, Joe then transitioned into the supply-chain sector, joining a firm that designs and builds the interior of distribution centers. In that role, he toured more than 400 industrial facilities nationwide and worked closely with multiple Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining Stream, Joe served as a Senior Associate at Colliers International, partnering with seasoned industry veterans to represent clients throughout the Chicagoland market. This breadth of experience, combined with an accounting foundation and analytical background, equipped him with a deep understanding of the industrial landscape and enabled him to advise clients with clarity, insight, and confidence across a wide range of requirements.
